An investigation is underway after a police chase ended with a truck driving into Lake Erie at Barcelona Harbor Pier on Friday. Officers approach a vehicle that was allegedly stopped in the middle of the road in the village of Westfield. The vehicle fled and the driver proceeded to travel to the pier, driving off into the water. Driver and the car were brought ashore.
