Joseph Decker, 66, attempted to engage in sexual acts with a child under 13 years on on at least two occasions in June 2024 and September 2025. Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Saturday morning.A female victim walked into Erie County Medical Center around 5:45 a.m. Saturday with a gunshot wound to the upper leg. Buffalo Police did not immediately provide an age for the victim. The Gun Violence Unit detectives launched an investigation and later identified the 2700 block of Bailey Avenue as the scene of the crime, police said.
