A Springville man has pleaded guilty to a charge related to sexually abusing a child on multiple occasions, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Monday. Joseph Decker, 66, attempted to engage in sexual acts with a child under 13 years on on at least two occasions in June 2024 and September 2025.
