Falls Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (CID) detectives have taken an unidentified man into custody as part of an investigation into a shooting on April 3. The apparent arrest followed the execution of a search warrant at a home in the 2700 block of 20th Street around 7 a.m. Monday. Another night of violence Sunday at the Walden Galleria. Alexis Nelson, 23, of Buffalo and 27-year-old Latoya Cheatom of Buffalo were located by patrol officers and arrested for third-degree assault.
