A Niagara Falls man has admitted to killing a woman in an e-bike hit-and-run in August 2024. Antoine Bones, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. He struck and killed 50-year-old Yolanda Carr with his SUV on Aug. 5, 2024 in Niagara Falls and then drove away from the scene.
